Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited is a DMC in Tanzania and a Tour Operator. Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited is legally registered company according to the laws of Tanzania and licensed by the Ministry of Tourism and Natural Resources to carry out the business of “Tourism Operator “. (Class A). Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited organizes private safaris, day trips, group tours, beach holidays, Mt. Kilimanjaro Trekking and other related tourism activities in Tanzania. Please read the below terms and conditions carefully as these are valid when you enter into agreement with Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited.


Once you have approved your itinerary with the help of our travel consultant, you will receive an official confirmation email. Kindly note that Upon receiving your confirmation approval email, you automatically agree with our terms and conditions. You will be required to submit your personal information in order to process the booking and prepare the invoice. We will only disclose your credentials and booking details/holiday proposal to our suppliers for operational purposes. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited. Your booking confirmation is valid once the deposit or full payment has been issued and received.


A deposit payment of 30% of the total invoice amount has to be paid within 14 days after the invoice date. The remaining amount is due 60 days before arrival. For bookings within the period of 60 days prior to departure the full amount of the invoice has to be paid instantly. Once we have received the amount on our bank account, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that bank transfer costs should be covered by the sender.


In case you want to cancel your trip for any reason, please notify us by email at your earliest convenience. Any cancellations shall be effective on the date that we received your cancellation request. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellation up to 60 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the total amount;
  • Cancellation from 59 days to 30 days before the day of arrival: 75% of the total amount;
  • Cancellation from 29 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount.
  • No refunds will be given for any unused services, late arrivals or no-shows.

All suggested itineraries are subject to service availability and not guaranteed until confirmed. In case the proposed service is fully booked we will offer you a suitable alternative in the same price range or higher (a surcharge may be applicable).

Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited reserves the right to amend and re-adjust the itinerary, transfer, accommodation and any other service indicated in the confirmed itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances or any statutory increases beyond our control. Any changes on the itinerary or price will be communicated as early as possible.


All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance cover before and while travelling with us. We highly recommend that you purchase your insurance policy at the same time as you book your safari as you will then be covered for Cancellation and Curtailment before your travel begins.

Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited does not provide refunds under any circumstances except as listed in our cancellation policy. Please make sure you are “FULLY INSURED” at the time of travel.


It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, health certificates, proof of vaccinations and any other documentation required are all in order for the countries to be visited. Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited cannot be held liable for any consequences, damages or claims if the client does not attend correctly to the client’s documentation and related matters prior to commencement of the tour.


Every effort is made to ensure that all our vehicles are provided in a roadworthy condition but no liability can be accepted for a puncture, breakdown, damage, or delay as a result of the poor road conditions.


It is a privilege to see animals in their natural habitat and as such, we cannot guarantee wildlife or game viewing. You must take caution when viewing the animals, keep a minimum distance and carefully follow the instructions given by either the tour guide or wildlife rangers.


Any complaints must be reported immediately to Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited guide (or your travel consultant) and to the supplier of the service, who will do their best to resolve the matter. If the problem is not solved to your satisfaction, the complaint should be reported in writing and not later than 7 days after completion of the tour. Liability for complaints not notified in accordance with the above described procedure cannot be accepted.

  1. RISK

The client accepts that all tours are of an adventurous nature and involve an element of personal risk. Neither the Company nor any of its agents can be held liable in any way for any injury, loss of life or damage to property, howsoever caused. The client hereby indemnifies the Company and will hold the Company, its agent, assigns and servants harmless from any such claim.The client accepts full responsibility for all risks involved. Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited reserves the right to decline any booking without outlining the reasons for it.


Whilst Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited will exercise utmost care in dealing with you as our esteemed guest and your belongings, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, personal injury or death. It is therefore mandatory to have a comprehensive travel insurance when traveling.


If Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited is affected by force majeure, which means any circumstances beyond the control of the company (including and without limitation, explosions, floods, tempests, fires, accidents, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions or other outwards occurrences, we shall inform you immediately of the nature and extend thereof. The company is not allowed to violate or abuse these conditions.

Payment of any refund to you as result of the non-performance of any company, we shall use reasonable efforts to compensate you where possible. However, we will be entitled to deduct from any refund recoverable to the reasonable actual and potential costs to the company of the force majeure.


Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited licenses you as the user of the website to view, download and print the content, provided that such content is used for private, personal, educational and/or non-commercial purposes only. Content from this website shall not be used or exploited by users for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written permission of Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited. We commit ourselves to take all reasonable and necessary steps to protect your personal information.


Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited reserves the right to use any photographs and videos taken during tours for marketing or any other advertising material. The client hereby gives consent to use such photographs and authorizes the Company to retain copyright for these photographs and such material.


Please carefully read your confirmation itinerary, invoice, tickets and all other documentation we send you as soon as you receive them. Contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracy in any documentation within 7 days of our sending it out.

  1. THE LAW

The above booking terms and conditions together with all correspondence form part of your contract with Mucho Tours and Safaris Limited. This contract and any matters arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Tanzania law and the courts of Tanzania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any and all proceedings between us either relating to our contract or arising out of it.
